Kinesiology with Animals
What
happens in a session?
When working on the animal Ailsa will assess what in
the past has led to current behaviour issues. By
finding these triggers she can work to correct the
imbalances so that the animal can move forward more
positively.
As a Kinesiologist, Ailsa uses muscle testing to get
feedback from the body. The owner surrogates for the
animal. Muscle testing involves placing the arms in
such a way that the muscle is in a contracted
position. Gentle pressure is applied to the arm; the
muscle either remains strong or starts to lower
indicating that there is a stress that needs to be
addressed.
Once the stress has been identified Ailsa uses a
variety of techniques to correct energy imbalances
e.g. running meridians, working with colours and
acupressure points. The owner is then given follow-up
work to do with the dog which will support the
Kinesiology sessions and reduce the presenting issues.
Sessions cost £45, the initial session lasts 1hr and
15 mins and any follow up sessions (if required) last
an hour. The majority of owners notice an improvement
in 1-3 sessions.
The Law
The law
states that Ailsa must obtain permission from your vet
prior to a session. If you would like a session Ailsa
will write to your vet asking for permission.
